Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the following business day.

Shipping Time
Standard domestic shipping is 5–7 business days once processed. Expedited options are available at checkout.

Tracking
Every order ships with a tracking number sent to the email provided at checkout. BERSALO is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once the package has left our facility.

International Shipping
BERSALO ships select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes determined by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
BERSALO is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered by the carrier. We recommend shipping to a secure location.

Final Sale
All BERSALO purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit under any circumstances.
